Install at your own risk

Every DYUHOP product is sold as an aftermarket accessory. You are responsible for determining whether a product is compatible with your vehicle, legal in your jurisdiction, and safe for your intended use. Read the full install guide before touching the hardware. If you are not comfortable working with 12V vehicle wiring, or with removing and reinstalling shift knobs, have a qualified mechanic do it.

DYUHOP is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, electrical faults, shorts, blown fuses, fire, injury, vehicle rollaway, missed gear shifts, voided manufacturer warranty, or any other consequence of installation or use of our products. You install and operate at your own risk.

Shift knob compatibility

Replacing a factory shift knob can affect reverse lockout, push-down-to-shift mechanisms, lift-ring designs, and emergency gear behavior. Before installing, confirm:

• Your vehicle's shift pattern and any lockout mechanism it uses.
• That the DYUHOP knob clears those mechanisms physically.
• That you can engage every gear — especially reverse — with the new knob installed.

Install only while the vehicle is off, in park, with the parking brake engaged. Test the full range of gear shifts before driving. If anything binds or feels wrong, remove the DYUHOP knob and reinstall the factory knob.

Electrical installation

12V electrical work on a vehicle carries real fire, short-circuit, and fuse-blowing risk if done incorrectly. The DYUHOP knob is powered through the included dual-USB car charger plugged into your 12V (cigarette) port — no factory wiring should be touched. If you choose to route to a hardwired USB outlet, confirm polarity and use the appropriate fuse rating.

Custom designs — your intellectual property

When you submit a design, image, sketch, photo, or other reference to DYUHOP for engraving, you represent and warrant the following:

• You own the design, or have a written license to use and reproduce it.
• The design does not infringe any trademark, copyright, trade dress, or other intellectual property right held by anyone else.
• You authorize DYUHOP to reproduce that design onto the product you ordered.

If a third party claims your design infringes their rights, you agree to indemnify and hold DYUHOP harmless from any resulting claim, loss, or expense. We will refer the third party to you. Custom orders are non-cancellable once the design is approved.

Bluetooth and data

The DYUHOP shift knob communicates with your phone over local Bluetooth. No personal data is transmitted to DYUHOP through the knob. See our Privacy Policy for what data the site collects.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DYUHOP's total liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost vehicle use, towing, alternate transportation, insurance increases, or injury — arising from any product we sell.

Warranty

The 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage past spec, improper install, or any of the above risks. Warranty does not expand the liability stated on this page. See Warranty for the full warranty terms.

Returns

Stellar Cross RGB: 30 days from delivery, unused, in original packaging. Custom Crystal Shift Knob (any made-to-order item): non-refundable once the design is approved, except for manufacturing defects or quality issues. See Returns & Warranty for details.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the product line and regulations change. The version on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
