Stellar Cross RGB — 30-day returns
30 days from delivery, unused, in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective — then we cover it. Refund hits the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the package back.
How to start a return: email info@thesniffy.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.
Custom Crystal Shift Knob — non-refundable
Custom orders are not refundable once the engraving design is approved and we cut. This is the standard for made-to-order goods — the engraved crystal can't be resold.
Exceptions
If your custom order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a quality issue, or doesn't match the design you approved, we re-cut and re-ship free. Email info@thesniffy.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video.
1-year warranty
Both products carry a 1-year limited warranty from delivery. Covers manufacturing defects: dead-on-arrival units, electrical failures inside rated voltage, premature LED burnout, hardware failures, defects in materials or workmanship.
Not covered
- Physical damage from drops or impact (crystal is glass)
- Damage from improper installation (over-torqued threads, modified wiring)
- Water damage beyond cabin-dry use
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Modification damage
How to file a claim
- Email info@thesniffy.com with order number, photos, and a short video of the failure.
- We review within 48 hours.
- Replacement ships free if covered.
