Free in the U.S. International on request. No surprise fees at checkout.
Domestic (United States)
Free standard shipping on every U.S. order, no minimum. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days from when they ship. Tracking emails go out as soon as a label prints.
Order cutoff: orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET on a weekday usually ship the same day. After that, they go out the next business morning. We don't ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
International
We ship internationally on a quote basis. Email info@thesniffy.com with your country and what you want to order — we'll send a flat rate within 24 hours. Customer pays customs and duties.
Order processing time
Stellar Cross RGB (stock): ships within 1 business day.
Custom Crystal Shift Knob (made-to-order): 15–20 days to build from design sign-off, then ships. Transit time is on top.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking email the moment a label prints. If you don't see it within 48 hours of ordering (or sign-off, for custom), check spam first, then email info@thesniffy.com with your order number.
